No, you can turn up to what class time suits you. We all have hectic lives and things might not go to plan.
What Equipment Do You Use?
You use everything from your bodyweight, to dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, rowers, bikes and a whole manner of other bits and pieces.
Is It Safe?
You will be guided through the movements and depending on your ability the appropriate level will be assigned to you. You will never be made do something you are not able to do, but you will be encouraged to push yourself.
Will I Get Big And Bulky?
This depends on what you eat and how many calories you consume. If you eat too many calories for your goals you will gain weight. Weight training by itself will not add bulk.
What Age Do You Have To Be?
You have to be 13 years of age to use the gym and have a parents consent. There is no upper age limit. 69 is the oldest so far 😀
Am I Able?
Yes, If you are willing then you are able. You start from where you can start from. The movements in the each of the classes are scaled and based on your ability and level. The movements can be progressed or regressed. Injuries are also factored in.
