Our StrongFit classes have purpose designed programmed workouts that accommodate all fitness levels. From those just starting to seasons veterans. As you adapt so does your program. You are also provided with one-on-one help whenever you need it in class and nutritional advice if it is applicable to your goals.
Our QuickFit class is for those who might be tight on time and need a quick 30-minute workout. This works the full body and is a great class to mix up your training.
