At RPM Fitness we offer 26 main classes a week. At a time to suit even the busiest schedules. We have main classes from 7 am all the way through to 7 pm. We also offer speciality classes for different age groups and sports as well.
Our StrongFit class is 45-60 minutes long and will get you stronger, aerobically fitter and leaner in a fun group setting.
Our QuickFit class is a quick 30-minute circuit style training class for people who are tight on time and what to get more done in less time.
All our classes are scaled on a person’s own ability and a coach is there with you step by step to guide you throughout.
